Lothlorien was designed and is being built for the owner, Lothlorien Apartments LLC, owned by the Ferguson family. Construction will be complete in November 2007.
Management is provided by Ferguson Property Management LLC, also owned by the Ferguson family, with offices in the adjacent Wilsonian Apartments.
On site management is provided by Juan Morales, Norman Thomas. Juan and Norman together have 12 years of on site management experience.
The managers keep office hours generally from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on weekends. Juan, Norman and Donald all live either in Lothlorien or neighboring Wilsonian and someone is always available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.
